The first thing I want to do when I have a SNICKERS® in hand is to eat it! Like, immediately! Nothing wrong with that, but over the years I've found SNICKERS are great to use in dips, cookies, cakes, nachos (yes, SNICKERS Nachos is a thing), and even ice cream! My No Churn SNICKERS Ice Cream is easy to make and will satisfy when you're getting hangry and need something sweet and creamy to eat!

We have always been big SNICKERS fans. My husband especially!! You know the slogan 'Hungry? Grab a SNICKERS?' He LIVED by that slogan probably before it was even a slogan and he still does today! Don really isn't a big fan of candy, except when it comes to his SNICKERS bars. During the day when he starts to turn into a grumpy snack monster, he grabs a SNICKERS to get him by. SNICKERS satisfies his hunger and cheers him up too! I like to get a little creative with his favorite candy, so to surprise him I whipped up this SNICKERS Ice Cream. We enjoy this in the evenings when the snack monster comes a calling!
Easy SNICKERS® Ice Cream is no churn, so that means no special equipment needed! Anyone can make this creamy, delicious frozen treat! I love how especially smooth and creamy no churn ice cream is too!
I use a food processor to chunk up the SNICKERS into itty bitty pieces, but you can use a knife and chop them to smithereens!
Then I wipe out the bowl of the food processor and set the SNICKERS pieces aside for later. I add very cold heavy whipping cream to the bowl and process it for about 30 seconds to make whipped cream! It's like magic, y'all! You can also use a mixer with the whisk attachment. It will take a little longer to whip it, but it works just fine. Make sure to watch it carefully and whip to soft peaks - this will take a couple minutes depending on the speed of your mixer.
Next we pour the sweetened condensed milk into a mixing bowl...
and then gently mix in the whipped cream...
next we mix in the itty bitty SNICKERS pieces...
Then pour it into a metal container large enough to hold it. I use a loaf pan. Yes, I was snacking on a SNICKERS XTREME, because photo shoots make me hungry <smile>

Easy SNICKERS® Ice Cream
Published 03/09/2015
Ingredients
- 2 SNICKERS® Almond Bars
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, chilled
- 7 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk (1/2 a can)
Instructions
- Add the 2 SNICKERS® Almond Bars to the bowl of a food processor and process until chunked up into itty bitty pieces. I like them very small. Remove from the bowl of the food processor and set aside.
- Wipe out the bowl of the food processor and add 1 cup chilled heavy whipping cream. Process for about 30 seconds until whipped and no longer in liquid form.
- In a mixing bowl gently combine 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk with the whipped cream. Gently fold in the SNICKERS pieces.
- Pour everything into a metal loaf pan, cover and place in the freezer for several hours until firm. Serve with warm Homemade Caramel Sauce and enjoy!
