And with dips you must have dippers! My husband LOVES Cheez-Its! He is a big fan of these tasty little crackers. Mostly he likes the super cheesy goodness, but he also likes that they are baked! Makes him feel better about eating chips, so we always have them on hand. For this dip, I went with the Cheez-It Grooves. I like how the dip settles nicely into the grooves for maximum deliciousness in every bite! I also picked up some Pringles because they are so much fun to dip!!
stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing...
Set the oven on hi-broil and place the skillet under the broiler until the cheese is melted and slightly browned. Watch it carefully so it doesn't burn! Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped chives. Enjoy with your favorite Cheez-It and Pringles!
Buffalo Ranch Chicken Dip
Published 01/13/2015
Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked chicken thigh, chopped (or a 10 ounce can of chopped chicken, drained)
- 1/3 cup hot wing sauce (I used Frank's)
- 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of your favorite ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- In an oven safe skillet, heat the chicken with the hot wing sauce until heated through.
- Stir in 8 ounces of cream cheese and 1/2 cup ranch dressing. Mix until combined well and heated through.
- Top with 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the oven on hi broil and place the skillet under the broiler until the cheese is melted and slightly browned. Leave the oven door ajar and watch it closely so it doesn't burn! This will only take a minute or 2, but the time can vary depending on your oven.
- Once the cheese is melted and slightly browned to your liking, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped chives. Enjoy!
